Fast & Simple Vinaigrette

1 Part Niagara Flavour Infused Wine Vinegar
2 Parts grapeseed oil
Add 1 tablespoon of your favorite mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
and mix
Adjust quantities if necessary.

This vinaigrette is great on your favorite salad combination using Romaine, Iceberg Lettuce, or Fresh Baby Greens.

Quick & Easy Reduction

2 Parts Niagara Flavour Infused Wine Vinegar
1 Part Grapeseed Oil
minced garlic to taste
1 tablespoon mustard
2 parts chicken / beef stock
salt & pepper to taste
Splash of corresponding fruit juice & or fresh or frozen fruit
Reduce until syrupy and serve over cooked entrée.

Vinaigrette

Niagara Maple Vidal Vinegar
1 part Niagara vinegar
2 parts Grapeseed oil
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. finely minced garlic (adjust to taste)
add finely chopped red or green onions, fresh or dried herbs to taste
E.g.: rosemary, lemon thyme, and oregano

Shake or whisk well
Garnish with chopped walnuts
Serve over tossed greens or use as glaze over pork, chicken or fish

Vinaigrette

Niagara Peach Chardonnay Vinegar
1 part Niagara vinegar
2 parts Grapeseed oil
salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon finely minced ginger (adjust to taste)
add fresh finely chopped green onions, fresh or dried herbs
E.g.: Basil, oregano, thyme, and parsley

Shake or whisk well
Garnish with fresh or canned peach slice & walnuts

Serve over tossed greens or as a glaze over pork or chicken

Vinaigrette

Niagara Balsamic Vinegar
1 part Niagara vinegar
2 parts Grapeseed oil
salt & pepper to taste
you can also add finely chopped red onion, minced garlic fresh or dried herbs to taste
e.g. basil

Shake or whisk well
Garnish with, feta, blue, or romano cheese
Serve over tossed greens or roasted vegetables

Vinaigrette

Niagara Raspberry Baco Noir Vinegar
1 part Niagara vinegar
2 parts Grapeseed oil
salt & pepper to taste
add fresh finely chopped or dried herbs
e.g. Rosemary, Chives and or parsley

Shake or whisk well
Garnish with fresh raspberries, pinenuts or sunflower seeds

Serve over tossed greens or as a glaze over chicken or pork

Vinaigrette

Niagara Blueberry Baco Noir Vinegar
1 part Niagara vinegar
2 parts Grapeseed oil
salt & pepper to taste
add finely chopped, fresh or dried herbs to taste
E.g.: rosemary, chives & or parsley

Shake or whisk well
Garnish with fresh blueberries, chopped walnuts & or blue cheese
Serve over tossed greens or use as a glaze over pork or chicken
