1 pack of mix green salad – wash & put in bowl
3 crispy apples – cut into cubes
1 cup of walnuts – coarsely chopped
1 cup of blue cheese – break into big chunks
1/4 cup of fresh tarragon – finely chopped
2 garlic cloves – finely diced
2 small french shallots – finely diced
Toss all ingredients together and add to mixed greens.
3 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tbsp maple vidal
salt and pepper to taste
Stir the vinaigrette very well, add to your salad and fold gently 3-4 times.
For a large salad double up the dressing
